Utah's Jordheim, Hendry Win Classic Races, Utes Win Colorado Invitational

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo.—Utah's Guro Jordheim and Samuel Hendry won for the second-straight day in the women's and men's classic races to close out the Colorado Invitational. The Utes took the overall team win for the season's first complete invite.

Next up on the schedule is the Nordic races of the Denver Invitational beginning on Saturday, Jan. 25 with the classic races.

  • Colorado's Anne-Siri Lervik finished on the podium for the first time this season and the ninth time in her career.
  • Utah's Mariah Bredal has four career top five finishes, two this season.
  • Colorado's Hedda Baangman finished in the top five for the first time this season and 15th time in her career.

  • Colorado's Ryan Jackson earned his first career top-five finish in his second career race.
  • Utah's Ola Jordheim has his first top five finish of the season, seventh of his career.
